Stabilis funded an experienced borrower looking to refinance the existing debt on a mixed-use asset, comprised of a 104-key Hilton-branded hotel and 102k SF of retail/commercial space. The property benefits from strong in-place cash flow, proximity to Cornell University, and is considered to be a premium offering in the market. Stabilis was able to provide certainty of financing.
