Stabilis is pleased to announce the closing of a $11,750,000 senior secured bridge loan for the acquisition of a beachfront multifamily property in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Stabilis funded a Borrower looking to opportunistically purchase the former timeshare out of bankruptcy. Throughout underwriting, Stabilis worked with the Borrower to resolve numerous complexities, including title issues. The property is in a prime location and is one of the few multifamily buildings located directly on the beach.
